BBC verse: Sherlock thinks John is ashamed of him

Looking for a fic in which Sherlock/John are together; they are supposed to meet Harry for dinner, but then John hints to/tells Sherlock he doesn't have to go. Sherlock is hurt, thinks John doesn't want to "inflict" him on Harry, when really John is worried about inflicting her on Sherlock. I believe it was set after The Blind Banker, and Sherlock was a bit more sensitive about thinking John didn't want him to meet Harry as a result of some of Sebastian's snipes.
