Sherlock: Tea in a multi-storey

I'm having trouble remembering a fic - that is to say, I think it was a fic. All I can recall is that Mycroft, rather than meeting with John again in his warehouse, instead meets him at a multi-storey car park, which is completely deserted save for a little table and a pot of tea. They then proceed to have tea, and their meeting, in this multi-storey car park.

I don't know wether it was in a fic, or just a comment, but I was writing earlier and used this idea, and I got the feeling it wasn't quite my own and that I was just regurgitating it from the recesses of my memory. If anyone recognises this, could they possibly give me a link? Many thanks! C:
