Remember that line "Uh. Breathing. Breathing's boring." from the BBC Sherlock? Well are there any fics where Sherlock regrets that line? Like maybe he has broken ribs? Or a collasped lung with a drip line sticking out of his chest. (Which would make breathing REALLY uncomfortable.)

Any such fics around?

Not explicit in its "breathing is boring" mention, but if you're looking for a fic where SH finds breathing not-so-boring, the opening chapter of "The Progress of Sherlock Holmes" involves broken ribs on Sherlock's part.
