I don't really look for Molly/Sherlock, but I do remember a few that were good.

The Undiscovered Molly by tristesses

Possibly my favourite Sherlock/Molly. Somehow Tristesses makes Sherlock losing his virginity to Molly plausable. Sherlock is a bit awkward but amazed at the fact that he likes sex, while Molly is cautious while demanding respect in her own quiet way. Nicely done.
