Searching for a story concerning Sherlock's diagnosis as a sociopath

I am looking for a fic that I thought I had saved, but apparently not.  I have no idea as too the title or the author.  I'm hoping someone out there can help me find what I'm looking for.

I know there are a couple of fics out there with Watson explaining why he doesn't believe Sherlock's diagnosis, but the story I'm looking for is slightly different.  In this particular story John is concerned that Sherlock's diagnosis could be used agianst  him by Mycroft or the police.  He convinces Sherlock to go to see another psychologist to be reevaluated, and Sherlock eventually agrees.  If I remember correctly, he even goes to a few counseling sessions.  I think John eventually confronts Mycroft about the whole thing toward the end.  I want to say the story was gen, but it could be slash.

Okay, I think it's from the story Indecorous (http://archiveofourown.org/works/204010/chapters/302679). If it is, the part you described starts in chapter 19. And it's slash, but also threesome with Mary "Tai" Morstan.
