holmes_findersLooking for another one. This one SHerlock and John go to a crime scene. Sherlock has a dixzzy spell and collapses on the floor. Anderson brings in a tubaware container and Lestarde takes his blood sugar. Sally gives him biscuits and a sugary drink. At the end John has found out that he's diabetic and Mycroft asks John to get Sherlock to take a class for an insulin pump.
