Dying Sherlock

Tumblr has been plague with a lot of talk about Third Star, a film which starred Benedict Cumberbatch. So I checked it out and when I read the summary, it reminded me of a fic where something similar happened: Sherlock has cancer so he invites Mycroft and John to the beach he and Mycroft used to visit as children where he plans to drown himself. I really wanna read this again so please help.
