Mine's a 'only if you're desperate and have no other takers' kind of volunteering. Seriously, I have no experience, don't really know what's involved and I fairly frequently do time-course trials in the lab which means I'm out of contact for 72hrs plus at a time. But I really love this comm, and have stalked it with my non-fandom account for some time now and I don't want it to die out. So, yeah, if the situation becomes desperate, I'm here ;)

Thank you for the offer! I don't want to see this comm die out either, but I don't think it will come to that.

This comm is very low maintenance. There are some wonderful moderators that keep it flowing quite smoothly.

Let's monitor to see if anyone else steps in. If nothing happens over the weekend/next week, you and I can talk about our options. :-)

I'm already one of the moderators, I can step up officially I suppose. Right now, all I do is tag when stuff hasn't been tagged and I deleted a spam comment once. What else would being owner entail?

Lol! You're already doing the owner bit. Moreso than me. I've been feeling bad about that and I though perhaps I should step down. Someone more worthy could wear the tiara. ;-)

Honestly, you really are already doing the bulk of the work...to my shame. Thank you so much for helping with the comm. The both of you have been such huge help.

It doesn't feel like a lot of work, I'm online a lot and check my flist frequently so if I spot a post that needs fixing I just go and do it. And once in a while I'll check the last couple of posts and see if stuff can be marked found (mostly to see if there's something worth reading that's been discovered :) if I am honest about it).

If you'd like to switch places, with me moving to owner/maintainer and you becoming just a moderator that would be fine with me or you can leave things just the way they are :)
