Searching for 2 BBC era fics

Fic 1  takes place three years after Sherlock's supposed death. Upon Sherlock's return he finds John to be a widower with a child and not pleased or wanting anything to do with the former detective. They do spend a brief moment together but more out of John's anger than mutual appreciation. Sherlock leaves to face Moran on his own. John realizes he's made a mistake and goes to see  Mycroft to find out where Sherlock is. Culminates with John protecting Sherlock from being shot through a window.

(I can't recall if Irene is in this one or not, or just a similar storyline. If not I'd like to find that one as well where she encourages John to forgive Sherlock.)

Fic 2 John injures his foot and can't chase after Sherlock on cases for a few weeks. During this time Sherlock accepts help from a woman from Barts that eventually leads to him being unfaithful to John. John finds out and leaves Sherlock.

Also, years and years ago I was a lurker in the SGA fandom and you and Tipper were two of my favourite authors, and being lurker-y I probably never commented, so I just want to say that I really, really liked your fic :D
