A post great game fic, I think on fanfiction.net, John tackles Sherlock into the pool and he had had pneumonia. John resuscitates him and they go to the hospital. When Sherlock wakes up again John yells at him for it saying something like form the x-rays two weeks, you've had trouble breathing and I pushed you into a pool. I also believe Sherlock may have ended up coughing up blood after John pulled him out of the water. Thanks.
