Story and sequel

I'm looking for a set of stories. J & S are just getting together when Moriarity happens. John gets kidnapped and Sally shoots M. The second story has J joining S in hiding with Anthea. The three of them get bored and decide to use their recent training to go after M (and kick butt).
Does this ring any bells for anyone?
