Sherlock thinks Sarah is Stupid(er than usual)

Hey, Can you please help me?

I have a fragment of a fic stuck in my head. John and his girlfriend, I'm almost certain Sarah, break up because John spend almost all of his time with Sherlock. When John tells Sherlock this Sherlock thinks that she's a complete idiot, who would give up having even a bit of John?

As usual virtual cookies will be awarded for saving my sanity :)

I read Reaction, recently. It's a John/Sherlock Hurt/comfort after Moriarty rapes John to get to Sherlock. Later, though, Sherlock berates Sarah for not staying with John, because well, he's JOHN.

Sherlock starts by calling Sarah an "imbecile"...
“So? She'd still have you, wouldn't she? If I was in a relationship with you, I wouldn't let anything so paltry as lack of sex deter me.”
