Sherlock thinks Sarah is Stupid(er than usual)

Hey, Can you please help me?

I have a fragment of a fic stuck in my head. John and his girlfriend, I'm almost certain Sarah, break up because John spend almost all of his time with Sherlock. When John tells Sherlock this Sherlock thinks that she's a complete idiot, who would give up having even a bit of John?

As usual virtual cookies will be awarded for saving my sanity :)

I think this might be it. John get the flu. Sherlock kind of hates Sarah for being an idiot and dumping John.
