Sherlock/John Grit in Eyes

Hi everyone, For the life of me, I cannot remember where I read this or who it was by. What I remember is as follows; - BBC - Sherlock and John were in a park when a group of teenagers (?) threw a "bag of grit" at them, hitting Sherlock square in the face - John has to walk Sherlock to a park bench and sit him on it to wash out "the grit". He sits in Sherlock's lap to do so. - John thinks for a moment how odd it must look for him to be sitting on Sherlock's lap. (He thinks that, from afar, they would be thought of as a gay couple). - Sherlock starts to suffer from sensory overload and becomes extremely aroused. - John doesn't notice and Sherlock pushes him off before he does. I read it sometime late last year, about a month or so after the BBC fandom began. At the time, I didn't know how to put things in memories and forgot to take down the link. Please tell me I'm not hallucinating it! It was quite good! Edited to add: I'm posting from my phone and the tags were being silly so I left it to fix tomorrow. A fic where Watson relearns...

Hello everyone!

I hope someone can help me with this; for some days now the memory of a great fic has been around my brain: Is when, for some reason Watson is left badly hurt, and after some troubles he does survives but has brain damage of some kind. He has to relearn speach, writing, etc., and for Christmas, he prepares a surprise for Holmes, which turns out to be taking a few steps without aid. Angst fic probably, since I'm such a fan of it apparentely. I remember Watson being bitter at times and easily angered by the whole situation.

BBC Sherlock - Dark!John

Hello all,

I've been reading a lot of fics recently where John comes into Sherlock's life and makes Sherlock a better person.

But now I'm wondering if there are any fics out there where John just makes Sherlock worse. Like, John is the final push Sherlock needs to go from consulting detective to consulting criminal.

I want something where John doesn't pull Sherlock back from the edge but instead pushes him over it, or at least doesn't stop Sherlock from falling.

I would appreciate any recs you guys have. Oh, and BBC Sherlock verse only please, it's the only one I'm familiar with.
