Anyhoot, sherlock is one of many genetically engineered children his parents had? But theyre ALL weird in some way and I think the youngest little girl was like a real psychopath?
I remember the mother was American and a big blond"? Father was a scientist who was sorta racist?? and trying to create the perfect children or something??? **believe me its better than it sounds..lol.

Looking for another one. This one SHerlock and John go to a crime scene. Sherlock has a dixzzy spell and collapses on the floor. Anderson brings in a tubaware container and Lestarde takes his blood sugar. Sally gives him biscuits and a sugary drink. At the end John has found out that he's diabetic and Mycroft asks John to get Sherlock to take a class for an insulin pump.
