Story and sequel

I'm looking for a set of stories. J & S are just getting together when Moriarity happens. John gets kidnapped and Sally shoots M. The second story has J joining S in hiding with Anthea. The three of them get bored and decide to use their recent training to go after M (and kick butt).
Does this ring any bells for anyone?

Looking for the fic that had John becoming Moriarty's doctor for his henchman.  They become a couple.  At the end of the fic they encounter Sherlock and the ending is left open as to what happened to Sherlock.

Molly is Mary Mortsan

So, I've just remebered that Molly is a nickname/pet name for Mary. So I ask you. Are there any fics where Molly in the show is actually the Mary that John  marries. Because that's just sweet. Not the fact that she's fated to die, but just sweet. So, can anyone rec me some fics where John and Molly get together.

Do we know what Molly's last name in the show is, but is it not ironic that Mort is a word for the dead and Molly works in a Morgue? Think about it.
