Specific fic search, apalling lack of details...

A bit of a long shot here, I hope someone can help me.

I have this scene in my mind, where John says to Sherlock (not word-perfect here, obviously) "we'll be back to normal soon" - concerning their relationship. Sherlock gets unexpectedly intense in response, saying something like "What is normal, John? It's becoming less clear every day" and then I think he leaves the flat.

Anybody? I'd really like to read this story again, It's bugging me to no end that I have no context for it...

Hi everyone! Pretty new to this fandom, but I've been in a frenzy about Sherlock (bbc) fics, and I can't find one of them.

No spoilers about any seasons or events!

Sherlock has been abducted/kidnapped/taken, and John and Lestrade finally find him, but Sherlock already took care of his kidnappers. But he's been hurt in the process...

I might have found this on fanfiction.net, but I'm not sure and I spent countless hours trying to find it here again and failing...

Retiring from London

Are there any stories - Sherlock, the movies, book canon, anything - where Watson gets sick and he and Holmes have to retire from London for a while, move to the country or closer to the sea for some quiet and fresh air? In the books, it's Holmes who tends to get all overwrought and sick. I would like to see the tables turned...
