BBC! SHerlock fic called L'ultima vertigine

The beautiful and wonderful author has taken down this fanfiction on both A03 and fanfiction.net as well as her livejournal website without explanation. So I'm feeling a bit deprived. She has kept the prequel where Sherlock speaks French on all sites but not the one where he speaks Italian and John and him go to the opera. Does anyone have a copy of this with the italian translations on pdf or word file. Anything will do. If someone has it please sent immediately!!! Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!
