looking for a bbc sherlock fic that wove a folksong about the british in afghanistan from ACD-era thru a john-POV story. any ideas? damn my disorganized bookmarking :(

Would you be thinking about Entirely Covered in Your Invisible Name by wordstrings?

"The Young British Soldier", which is quoted in the story, is a poem by Rudyard Kipling rather than a folksong, but it's written in such a way that it could be sung if you wanted to.
