Looking for a Sub!John fic

BBC Sherlock, I think I read it on AO3 but I can't for the life of me find it again. It's a D/s story, John is a sub but has trouble finding someone who can take care of him properly. The story goes into his past, his first time as a teenager with another boy who basically abandoned him in the middle of things and really confused him. Then in the Army, when the other soldiers found out what he liked and ostracized him for it. And finally when he's back in London, he's trying to find someone (he even goes to a club, but it's not what he's looking for) and Sherlock ends up being the one who takes care of him at the end.

There's a scene I remember especially well, Sherlock treating him for some injury and John struggling, and Sherlock puts a hand on the back of his neck and tells him to be still and stop fighting and all the fight just runs out of him. Really well written. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
