Sherlock with Aspergers

I'm looking for both a particular fic, and any others you all might recommend in this vein.

The particular story I'm looking for is on LJ, was quite long, and had a scene in which John deduces Sherlock's sensory issues, including an extremely sensitive sense of smell and decreased physical sensation. I remember looking at the author's bio, and seeing something along the lines of, "I'm a genius Aspie with grey eyes who wears a long coat. Sadly, I'm also born female, come from the southern US, and can't play the violin." Familiar to anyone?

I'd also love recs for any stories in which Sherlock has Aspergers, or that deals in a meaningful way with his neuroatypicality.
