Sherlock BBC Post-Pool Kid-fic

Hello,

I'm looking for a story that I read once but now can't find wherein the confrontation at the pool leads to an explosion, Sherlock is presumed dead but actually captured by Moriarty, John marries and has a child, and John's wife dies in an accident that is the result of Sherlock's escape.

Any ideas?
