Lestrade is a BAMF, Too!

We have plenty of stories where our heroes are awesome. But how about some BAMF Lestrade? Book verse, BBC, or Granada accepted (No RDJ-movie fics, please!). I want Lestrade being tough and capable and generally fantastic.
