canon/movie-based Empty House AU

holmes_findersI think this fic was canon or RDJ-verse (certainly not BBC). It's an AU of Empty House, with a disguised Holmes somehow coming into Watson's care (he collapsed or something? I don't remember that part). Holmes ends up in Watson's house, and I think even in his bed. Holmes slipped something (I think it was a ring?) into Watson's pocket and Moran showed up, pretending to be a policeman.
I remember some parts so clearly and the rest... not so much. Rather maddening. :-p
