BBC Sewer Escape and Explosion at the Met?

holmes_findersI'm looking for two stories, although they may actually be two parts of one fic.
In the one, someone bombs The Met. It might be Moriarty. If I recall correctly, there's a detective or officer who's complicit in the scheme and tries to murder Sherlock.
In the other, there's an explosion. Sherlock believes John has been killed, but really, John chased a suspect (underground? into a sewer?) and managed to escape the blast. He's eventually retrieved, soaking wet, by police or paramedics... maybe even by Lestrade or Sally.
Anyone? Anyone? Thanks.
