Injured John Fic (possibly)

BBC Sherlock, fic that mainly revolves around a conversation to (I think) a shot supposidly Sherlock although I'm pretty sure that the injured party of John and it is written in a way that suggests Sherlock is injured untilthe reveal. I know that's not much to go on and that's probably why I can't find the thing, but it is driving me mad.

What I can remember is John keeps trying to keep Sherlock speaking, telling him about the case and Sherlock is berating himself because he ran into the situation without thinking and that's how John ended up getting hurt. I think Lestrade was there too.

Help?
