Looking for a specific BBC Sherlock torture fic

It's my first time posting here...hope I'm doing this right.

Anyway, I've been searching my bookmarks for weeks now and I guess I just never saved it but the fic I'm looking for is one where Sherlock is tortured (pretty sure it was by Moriarty in an office building). It's been awhile so I don't really remember much but one scene that sticks out is that somehow Sherlock manages to free himself - or maybe Moriarty lets him go - as the police arrive to get him but the first person to find him is Donovan. I remember stairs in this scene, as if he was at the top of a staircase and she was at the bottom.

I know it's not very helpful but if anyone knows what this is your reward will be in the form of homemade cookies :).
