bbc sherlock returns post-the fall

I'm pretty sure this is a fairly short fic. What I remember very clearly is that post The Reichenbach Fall hiatus, Sherlock is waiting at 221b, playing his violin, I think, when John returns to the flat from getting groceries or whatever. John just acknowledges Sherlock and walks by him to the kitchen, and Sherlock hears a crash. He goes to the kitchen to find that John has fainted in the middle of making tea.

I know I've read this more than once, and I suspect I'm going to do an epic facepalm when (hopefully) someone tells me what this story is, but...I just can't recall it.
