Kidnapped/Missing Sherlock fics

HI all,
I'm looking for any fics where Sherlock is kidnapped by someone(Moriarty or whoever) and kept captive for years, presumed dead or just missing, until one day he either escapes or is rescued.

Ah, I adore this trope.

I would very highly recommend this one:

John and Sherlock are kidnapped and subjected to a specific psychological torture, and after their escape, Mycroft finds himself trying to hold all the pieces together and finding out who is responsible—since for once it’s not Moriarty. On the surface, this story is exquisite hurt/comfort, lovingly rendered with tons of plot and a slow-building mystery. But it’s also a character study of four fascinating people, giving us rare and precious interactions like those between Mycroft and Moriarty: chilling, understated, surprising, and enthralling. But I think the most complex relationship here is that of the Holmes brothers. Warnings for violence, torture, sensory deprivation, Stockholm Syndrome, description of graphic injuries and mutilation, and some incesty themes.

For once, Sherlock gets kidnapped in order to pressure John to do something unrelated to a case. I really super enjoyed this story. I have such a kink for a Sherlock-in-distress and the bamf!John who comes to his rescue, and this was great (and unusual, to have Sherlock be kidnapped in order to pressure John to do something! I love it!). Also, I liked that Sherlock’s first instinct being to try to protect John even when John was in no danger; Sherlock was the one who was in trouble!

In which John discovers he’s in love with Sherlock, who’s just been kidnapped. I like the matter-of-fact writing style here, with BAMF!John and BAMF!Mycroft seeing what needs to be done and doing it, no fuss. And Sherlock is totally adorable. Sweet and lovely.

Sherlock is kidnapped and hurt, and after the ordeal, John helps him begin to recover. And let’s not forget that John is, in fact, one hardcore BAMF. This story was so much fun for a hurt/comfort junkie like myself. And I have such a kink for BAMF!John and John doctoring Sherlock and just everything here. Hugely enjoyable (er, I feel I should apologize to Sherlock for enjoying seeing him put through the wringer. But he just suffers so prettily!)

Wherein There Is a Case, Several Mysteries, John Coming to the Rescue, and an Old Folk Saying (http://archiveofourown.org/works/148620) by parsnips
In a very memorable story with a lovely, quirky writing style, the author outlines an absolutely fascinating case where Sherlock is hiding a family secret from John and the stakes keep getting higher. Sherlock is uncharacteristically silent; Mycroft is cryptic; there is a kidnapping. It’s a delight finding out what the big secret is along with John. (I think this is the author’s only Sherlock story at the moment, but check out her LJ or AO3 for fic in other fandoms.)

Also, if you don’t mind some kink and darker themes in your kidnapping fics, I would highly recommend the stories by fireofangels (masterlist here (http://archiveofourown.org/users/fireofangels/pseuds/fireofangels/works?selected_tags[]=133185)). There are lots of brilliant stories where Sherlock is kidnapped and subjected to all sorts of tortures with the goal of inducing Stockholm Syndrome (like in this story, for example, with dark!Mycroft and forcible de-ageing: Innocence Lost (http://archiveofourown.org/works/454156)—please mind the warnings).

Hopefully somebody else will provide more recs, as well, as I love anything with hurt!Sherlock. :)

John finds Sherlock three years after he thought he'd buried him, scared and injured; broken to such an extent he can barely recognise those trying to help him. Battling against too many unanswered questions and his own feelings, John sets out to put him back together, but never stops to consider Sherlock's return may be part of a greater punishment in store for the both of them.

Angst and WIP 19 chapters long so far.
