Hi, I'm looking for a story. It's about a younger Sherlock having sex under the influence with a girl. It was her first time. She gives birth to a child, or miscarries. They meet again after she starts murdering people. I think she kidnaps Sherlock or John. (Or she drugs Sherlock's tea and keeps him at her house) She turns out to be mentally unstable. She inherited a house or a mansion. Took care of her mother or an aunt and had knowledge of administering medication. I think that Mycroft was involved at some point.
