So a couple of years ago there was this incredibly written fic in the kinkmeme that featured Mycroft coming in to look after/check up on a heavily drugged up and continually substance abusing Sherlock (I don't think it was ever finished). Basically, Sherlock eventually coerces Mycroft into sleeping with him. Enter Mycroft taking him back to his fancy flat and lots of sex and orgasm denial.
