Help - Finding a Fic

holmes_findersI can't find it, and it's driving me crazy.
One scene sticks in my mind:
John leaves Mary and goes to 221b. Sherlock or Mrs. Hudson aren't home, so John sits on the steps in the cold waiting for him to show up while people walk by and stare at him. Sherlock finally shows up striding down the sidewalk towards the stoop where John is sitting, is really happy to see John and takes him inside and puts him to bed....
I think its a longer fic (I tend to favor those) but I haven't read it for a long time and I can't find it again!
