Hi guys, I‘m looking for a Fic I‘ve read quite some time ago. So basically it‘s about John‘s cousin (?) raping Sherlock. Nobody sees the signs and Sherlock gets pregnant. It was really long and not only about the rape itself, it also dealt with the aftermath, John helping Sherlock and a lot of Johnlock. It was really great, but I just can‘t remember the name or where I found it. It would be great, if anyone could help!

This has some of what you're looking for, but Sherlock gets pregnant by Moran, not a relative of John's. And a large part of the fic is then focused on Parentlock after Sherlock has the baby.
