Shot in the dark (lost fanfic)

I know this is a real long shot but there is a fic I remember reading. I do not remember anything about the story except that after Holmes and Watson get it on (Barry White voice) they are in bed talking and (I think) Holmes says something along the lines of: It smells like sweat, semen and shit in here. o.O Oh and I do believe they are smoking. Oh and I think the story was book!verse.

C'mon I am sure you geniuses know what story this is from, I have complete faith in you. ;)

ETA: FOUND! Yay! I knew I could count on you. MWAH! (now I have something to reread before bed)
