Watson Relapse

Ok guys,I can't remember the title or even the length. I know it was mutli-chaptered, around four chapters or so.

From what I recall Holmes and Watson are halfway through a case not long after Watson returned from Afghanistan. Watson feels more and more ill throughout the fic, and suffers a relapse of the enteric fever, perhaps even collapsing. His war wounds might also have been acting up.

Holmes goes through heck helping  him through it and this brings the two of them closer. I believe a lot of it was from Holmes' pov.

I think i might have read it on fanfiction.net but I can't be sure.

If anyone can help me with this I'll be most grateful.

Ooop, maybe I'm wrong. It's only one (long) chapter. But it's definitely got that storyline. (And an *awesome* ending.)

No, I was wrong about the multi-chapters, I think this is it. Thanks Ingrid! I don't read it for the ending (I'm not into Holmes and Watson slash in the least) but the rest of it is just too well written to miss.
