I've just finished reading all of the novels, and I was curious about fic taking place during the events of any of the novels or spanning the novels, or even the stories. Holmes/Watson is preferred, although I would be interested to see anything about minor characters - any of Holmes' clients or the victims of the canon, or the Irregulars. I don't really care about genre, and any rating is fine. Recommendations for any good comms/sites as a starting point for good fic would be appreciated, as well. :)

Your tags are just fine, but the more, the better! They make it more likely for someone to find your post later. I just added one for the irregulars, and Holmes/Watson.

This author has some book!fics: liquidfic.net/katie.html

I was cruising the internet for information on Victorian street arabs and found a reference to this book. I never even knew it existed!

"Sherlock Holmes and the Baker Street Irregulars: The Fall of the Amazing Zalindas" by Tracy Mack and Michael Citrin, 2006. Summery is given as follows...

"Wiggins is again the leader of a gang of street urchins. Other major characters include Ozzie, a scrivener's apprentice; Rohan, an Indian boy; Elliot, from an Irish tailor's family; Pilar, a Gypsy girl; and little Alfie. The Irregulars help solve the mysterious deaths of three tightrope walkers at a circus."

I so have to check out this book. I thought you might like to hear about it as well since you mentioned the Irregulars. (Doyle so under used them.)

Hey, Tracy is doing a series of Baker Street Irregulars. Okay, so they are kids' books (age 9-12) but I'll probably go read them too! I never seen much written about the Irregulars.

Anyway...

In the series "The Baker Street Irregulars" by Tracy Mack
The Mystery of the Conjured Man (June 1, 2009)
In Search of Watson (November 2009)
The Final Meeting (July 2010)
