Sherlock BBC Prostate Fic

I'm looking for a fic in which John convinces Sherlock to have a prostate exam. John carries it out perfectly normally, but then wants to give Sherlock another a couple of weeks later. Sherlock thinks it's probably not necessary but acquiesces, and doesn't want to look up the correct proceedure. He's really responsive to John's touch and is a bit worried that John might have noticed but doesn't want to stop this.


Sherlock then wakes up tied to a table and John penetrates him with a wide variety of medical instruments before drugging him. When Sherlock wakes up, John has untied him before handcuffing himself to the radiator with his service revolver on the table - Sherlock calls it suicide by proxy. Sherlock doesn't kill John and they just sort of work it out

I can remember so many details of this fic that not being able to find it is driving me mad! Can anyone help?
