09verse - I remember this fic had pictures interspersed in it... Before he had met holmes, Watson had had a relationship with Moriarty. they had met at a party in... France, Europe. Very scetchy sorry

bbcverse - I know there are a few fics along these lines. darkish/Sherlock didn't want John to leave so he "turned" him gay. it was a bit dubconny but was still very hot.
