Cracky slashfic search - BBC!verse

I know I have this fic stashed at home somewhere but I'm currently not near my computer. I was telling a friend about this fic and of course I can't find it now. Slash, Sherlock/John Sherlock has some sort of vibrating toy inside him and John has the remote - he was playing at activating it whenever Sherlock was rude to someone! One part of the fic I found quite touching was a moment when Lestrade noticed something was up with them and worried for a moment that it wasn't consensual (I love protective!Lestrade, this is how the fic came up in conversation) but once Lestrade got a better look at Sherlock's face he realised he was worrying needlessly, although he still tells them not to bring the silliness to crime scenes in future.
