I'm looking for an specific fic,ACD I think-perhaps Granada verse- it was and I remember that Watson and Holmes are walking through a river, stepping on slippery stones, when Watson slips and falls -I think there was a waterfall???- Holmes rescues him of course. I think they were on the countryside because of a case, but can't remember if the case was related to a friend of the good Doctor or I'm mixing fanfics!

Hello, I'm looking for a BBC Sherlock fic which was actually written to a prompt I had done, but I can't find it now. It was written a while ago.

Sherlock makes an appointment to see John because he's not feeling good. At first John thinks he's just being Sherlock and trying to get him to spend time with Sherlock, but then realizes that Sherlock is sick. I think he has anemia? I remember Sherlock ends up falling asleep on the table after he got dizzy and had to lie down.

Perhaps you guys can help me, I recently had to change my iPad and everything I had bookmark is gone! I know that's very sad. Anyway I'm looking for several stories that I want to read again and add to my bookmarks.

The first one is one where Mycroft hates Watson because he sees Watson as a waste of space and not useful. He dislikes the idea of Watson being friends with Holmes so in order to get ride of him he sends him to a small village where people are forgotten. This particular village however has a loose murder that poisons people, they kidnap Watson and torture him. Holmes in the meantime try's to figure out where Watson is and why there is a young man moving into the flat to replace Watson send by Mycroft. Then he receives a letter from the village doctor asking him to come to help them and find Watson. In the end Holmes gets beyond anger with Mycroft and Mycroft apologizes for his action though he still dislikes Watson. The story was canon-based.

FOUND!!! The Case of the Stolen Doctor by flawedamythyst
the second story is one where Watson gets kidnap by moriarty to motivate holmes in ignoring the sudden crimes spree in London. Moriarty would have Watson accompany him for dinner to talk to him and Watson for his part backlashed him back. Before Watson is kidnap holmes makes his intention to push their friendship to the next level and then plans to wine and dine him before he finds out that Watson has been taken. Leading holmes to investigate in secret to find Watson. Mean while Watson finds that moriarty has more then just hostage plans for him and intents to bed him. There is one scene where some of moriarty's henchmen get injures and Watson attends to them. I also remember that there were beautiful pictures along with the story and it was canon-base.

The story I'm looking for is a university au. Greg and John had just met while moving into their new residence. Sherlock and Mycroft came a few mins later. The boys get pretty close to the point that Sherlock has no problem sleeping with either. I remember a scene where they go on holiday and have to share a king size bed together. And that's all I'm going to say about that. Don't want to give away too many spoilers! Lol its a great story. Please help. Thank you!

I'm looking for any fics where Sherlock is damaged/traumatized/hurt in some way resulting in Mycroft having to either assume adult guardianship over him, or him having to live with Mycroft. Basically, I'm looking for fics where Mycroft is an awesome big brother and has to look after adult Sherlock on an involved, permanent level. I'm also interested in any fics where Sherlock is traumatized or hurt somehow, and keeps asking for Mycroft, or Mycroft is the only person he'll let near him.
Similarly, any fics where Sherlock lives with Mycroft, for whatever reason, or vice versa, would be great.

Hi all,
I'm looking for a fic I read once on AO3, set after the Fall, where John is suicidal and is considering committing suicide, or at least spiraling into depression, and Mycroft saves him against his will-I think he kidnapped him or something?
More generally, I'd love fics that have Mycroft helping/looking after John while Sherlock is gone.

Hey Everyone, I am looking for a specific evil mary fic. It is set post TRF in the Sherlock BBC verse (although I am not sure if it was written before or after TRF aired) Sherlock has come back to find John married to Mary, and he moved in with the two of them while he and Mycroft work on brining him the dead. Mary is emotionally abusive in the story and Sherlock is basically living in one room in the house trying desperately not to wreck JOhn's marriage. I think Mary eventually leaves and Sherlock helps John recover.

Any Ideas? I know it's not The Progress of Sherlock Holmes.

Hi everyone,

Anyone remember a story in which for some reason, both Watson and Holmes think the other is dead after some ordeal. When each one gets back separately to Baker Street and they see each other, they just touch and kiss as if to reassure themselves that they are alive and well. This leads them to want to take their clothes off and sexy (but emotional) times ensue.

Like it says on the tin, from what I remember it was first-time, ACD verse and quite short.

I'm pretty sure this is a fairly short fic. What I remember very clearly is that post The Reichenbach Fall hiatus, Sherlock is waiting at 221b, playing his violin, I think, when John returns to the flat from getting groceries or whatever. John just acknowledges Sherlock and walks by him to the kitchen, and Sherlock hears a crash. He goes to the kitchen to find that John has fainted in the middle of making tea.

I know I've read this more than once, and I suspect I'm going to do an epic facepalm when (hopefully) someone tells me what this story is, but...I just can't recall it.

I lost a story :( shocking I know. But the bad thing is I can't remember much anymore.

I don't know which holmes era it was, but not the modern times, it was RDJ's or something further back.

I know Holmes and Watson were on the run from...Mariarty I guess. I think Holmes wanted to go alone, but Watson wouldn't let him.
They were traveling sometime and and one point they ended up at the Reichenbach falls, they were both looking at it and then someone requested Watsons help at their hotel. So he left Holmes and hurried to the place, only to realise half way that it was a trick to get Holmes alone, so he run back, but the fight between Holmes and Moriarty had already happened.
He could only find tracks of a fight and soon found holmes a little down the waterfall on a stone slab or something.
..then recoverytime I guess :D but I don't really remember
I don't even know if it was slash, I doon't usually ship them, but it could have been.

shkinkmeme I was following a good story, writerboy's The Penance for A Dead Man's Sins. Unfortunately it's been deleted and when I contacted the writer he didn't have a full copy of it. Did anyone save it while it was still on the meme? I'm specifically looking for parts six through eight, the ones he didn't have. I know the original prompt requestor and it'd mean a lot to them if I got the whole thing.

I am in the mood for a little angst of a specific varity. I am looking for fics where John is in a romantic relationship with someone other than Sherlock. Here's the twist I am looking for, The relationship is bad. John is being eitehr physically or mentally abused. And here comes Sherlock to the resuce. The story can be ACDverse, RJDverse, Grenadaverse, or BBCverse. I don't care if John's relationship is with Mary, Moriarity, Moran, or someone else just that it is bad. The story can be set before they meet, after they meet, pre or post reichienbach. Sherlock can be a reluctant hero, and avid hero, whatever. Sherlock and John can then become romantically involved(my favorite) or just be really good friends.

I just finished http://www.fanfiction.net/s/5796884/1/All-Hope-Abandoned and I know I've read several other stories where Holmes hurts Watson. But now I'm looking for fics where it's the other way round, meaning Watson hurting Holmes, either deliberately or accidentally.

It can be slash or gen, mental anguish or bodily harm.

I do prefer happy endings but it's not a must.

Oh, and PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE no BBC!verse or 09movie!verse.

Hello all!
I'm looking for any kind of fic where Doctor Watson helps Sherlock heal. Putting a plaster on it, driving him to the hospital, setting a broken limb, helping Sherlock recover from a mental or emotional trauma, etc. I prefer physical healing to mental healing, but either is fine. Gen or slash. The healing doesn't need to be the focus of the story, but ideally it would be a large part. I've looked through the tags, but just wanted to see if there was anything I missed or any 'must-reads' anyone can rec. I appreciate the help! Thx.

I'm looking for any fics where Sherlock is permanently injured/disabled in some way, either by the Fall, or during the Hiatus. Or has a chronic illness. Basically, any fics where Sherlock is less than physically whole, in a permanent way, when he is reunited with john.

I don't remember much about this fic, but here it goes:
John is in the flat, and he keeps having reasons not to leave it. It's raining and there's a leak in the roof.
Sherlock comes in (I'm not sure if he was there from the beginning) and talks to John, giving him more reasons to stay in. Until eventually (here's where the spoilers come in) he tells John that he's been dead/in a coma this whole time, drowned in the pool scene, and that's why he can't leave the flat.
Then the water rushes in and John accepts death.
I'm not sure if it was John/Sherlock or a gen fic. Though I am pretty sure it was on AO3.
